In July, the startup, Lockerz, picked up its roots in Pittsburgh and landed in Seattle, setting up shop in a swanky, modern Pioneer Square office building. Nearly 60 people work under Savitt there; she says that number will soon jump to a hundred.

Morning Food News: Merchant’s Cafe Extends Hours (Voracious)
To better serve early birds and late night drunks, Merchant’s Cafe in Pioneer Square is now serving breakfast on weekdays from 6 to 11 a.m. and on weekends from 1 to 4 a.m. The staff says business has been good so far.

DELI’S ON THE MOVE (The Deli Blog)
Pioneer Square location turning into a gallery (now open 1st Thursdays & by appointment only displaying the Northwest’s finest art) and the store is moving to the 1st Ave location, which was only supposed to be a temporary pop up store. (Two thumbs down on this.)
