Preparing neighbors for viaduct construction

With road and bridge construction to replace the southern mile of the Alaskan Way Viaduct scheduled to begin this summer, WSDOT and SDOT are launching a series of monthly meetings in Pioneer Square to spread the word about how this project will affect the neighborhood.

Sponsored by the PSCA, the meetings will provide a regular forum for questions and discussion about upcoming construction and traffic impacts. Residents, business owners, employees, property managers and anyone else with an interest in Pioneer Square is welcome to attend to learn how long construction is going to last and who to contact with questions and concerns.
