The gift of life in unexpected circumstances (King5)
It’s been 10 years since the violent Mardi Gras riots that broke out in Pioneer Square. An evening of celebration turned into one of the most tragic moments in Seattle history when a senseless act took the life of 20-year-old Good Samaritan Kristopher Kime.

Their absence may have stalled the progress of a bill that would have extended temporary taxes on hotel stays, restaurants and car rentals to help fund economic projects in King County. The measure would extend taxes that are paying the debt on sports stadiums.
