12 Jan Snow, Take 2

I feel kind of lame posting the same angles (but new photos) again, but to be fair, we went out walking in the neighborhood and only made it as far as the Information Booth in Occidental Square Park before we ran into some tourists from Canada who had come in on the train and were planning on walking to their hotel by the Space Needle since there were no taxis out due to the snow.

(ps. if you were a taxi company, wouldn’t you still try and see if any drivers were willing to stick around? The streets weren’t that bad downtown — just pretty slushy. I wonder how many other people were stranded after coming in on the train. I also wonder why no one told them to head for the bus tunnel and at least catch the light rail to Westlake)
