15 blues bands playing in 7 clubs this Thursday for Veterans Day

A group called “Acupuncturists Without Borders” have partnered with Blues to Do to organize an event this Thursday for Veterans Day; especially to help those who suffer from depression or PTSD.

15 bands will play in 7 clubs this Thursday, starting at 8pm. $10 suggested donation to Acupuncturists Without Borders. All Vets with ID get in Free. Seattle area Veterans and their families for FREE!

8pm: Michael Kahler Band with Bill Blackstone ((one of the strongest band leaders on the scene today, he sings, plays great guitar and leads a very strong band)

10pm: Lonnie Williams Band w/ Leslie “Stardrums” Milton (very solid entertainer covering both jazz and blues soulfully on sax with excellent players)

8pm: Blues Redemption (Brian Feist, the former guitarist for Randy Oxford, killer tone influenced by Albert King, teamed up with blues keyboardist Doug Skoog)

9:30pm: Art of Shooting

10:30pm: Lust & Daggers (both hard rock bands previously booked)

10pm: The Stacy Jones Band (one of the hottest young women in the blues today, sings and plays harp and guitar, beautiful blond, sweet smile to match her personality, and her Dad Tom plays bass, nice guy, they won Best Band at the 2010 BB’s)
