The Underbelly (119 1st Ave S.)  team has partnered with Dualidad to host a long-term pop up in their space. Dualidad is the brain child of Lucas Portillo who runs the business. Here’s a link to Dualidad’s menu. Right now Dualidad has an Instagram only online presence (here’s their page). For now, Dualidad’s hours are Th-Sat 6-10p or until sold out.
