THURSDAY, June 10

Family Fun Days (Occidental Square Park, Occidental Ave S & S Main St, 3:00 – 6:00pm)
Amusement rides and other fun!  Bring the family down to Occidental for the afternoon.  Brought to you by Seattle Parks & Recreation.  Free and open to the public! (link)

FRIDAY, June 11

World Cup Soccer kick off, Uruguay v France (Nord Alley – just South of Occidental Square Park, 11:30am – 1:30pm)
Come join us for free showings of the matches on an oversized screen in Nord Alley, just south of Pioneer Square’s Occidental Park. If you’ve been to the Sounders’ March to the Match, you know where to find the gathering place for soccer fans. For more info, click here.

DELI One Year Anniversary (DELI, 87 Yesler Way, 7pm – 10pm)
Deli boutique in Pioneer Square is celebrating its one year anniversary, and you’re invited. Enjoy beer, wine, hors d’oeuvres and be among the first to see Deli’s new, upgraded look. (link)

SATURDAY, June 12

Gay Pioneer Walking Tour (Greg Kucera Gallery, 212 3rd Avenue South, 10am – 1pm)
Experience a time when more than the buildings had facades as we delve into Pioneer Square’s surprising past as the hotbed of LGBT life in our community.  Tour lasts approximately three hours and begins at the Greg Kucera Gallery, Inc., 212 3rd Avenue S., Seattle, WA. (link)
