Vittana One Year Anniversary Celebration

On May 18, 2009 Vittana started with three guys, a dog and a mission to bring student loans to the developing world through micro-lending. In just one year, their community has grown to over 1,600 lenders from 22 different countries and together, they have lent over $185,000 to 288 students around the world. Vittana has been called “the next new thing in charity” by The New York Times and chosen as the “#1 Game Changer in Philanthropy” by the readers of The Huffington Post.

They wanted to extend an invite to their “Seattle neighbors” in Pioneer Square to join them in celebration of their one-year anniversary (to be held in Belltown).

Here are the details:

When: Tuesday, May 18; 6-10 p.m.
Where: Spitfire, 2219 4th Ave, Seattle, WA (map)
RSVP: http://bit.ly/bgSIN3

Hope to see you there!
